House Rules & Other things to note:

Internet WIFI included as well as the services of a maid every day.

Beach villas are located on the beach named "Serenity Beach" & “Quiet Beach”. This is the most famous and popular beaches in this area. Please note that this is NOT a private beach. Angel Beach Villas are private house (NOT shared). Please note that AC is available only in the bedrooms. Drinking water is provided. We are renting the house fully, not shared, not renting rooms separately.

Group of friends are allowed and alcohol too but please note that heavy noise is fully prohibited after 10:00 PM, if you are coming for a party, then please follow house rules. Please note that any damage or extra cleaning (if the house is very dirty on check-out time) will be chargeable a MINIMUM of 3,000 INR. Pets are most welcome and must be registered in the booking.

One House Keeping staff is coming daily for cleaning between 9:00 AM and 01:00 PM only. There is NO caretaker living there but my assistant can help you during day time if you need. For any stay of 2 nights and more, PLEASE NOTE that we change bed sheets and towels every 3 days, if you want to do it more than that it is possible but chargeable 500 INR extra each time.

We do NOT provide any meal service, food delivery is very easy and you can cook on your own if you wish, the kitchen with basic cooking amenities are available.

Angel Beach Villas are located on the beach named "Serenity Beach". PLEASE NOTE that Serenity Beach is in Tamil Nadu State limits only and this is NOT a private beach, it is famous for surf here but it is still a village beach.

The area is very safe & please note that even if the area is a very touristic place, this is still a fishermen village and we all live peacefully, also as many tourists are coming on week-end and holidays, some noise can be there on this time.

There is NO private parking in Casa Meena & Nesto Beach villas, street parking only is available, it is safe and usually easy to find.

Electricity in Tamil Nadu can be an issue and this is totally out of our control. But hopefully, power cuts are usually for few minutes only and the villa is equipped with UPS (battery) for lights and fans.

We do regular pest control, but lizards can be there or other insects, we are taking very good care of the cleaning but this is a beach house with open areas, we cannot control everything, please make sure this is clear for you.

Check-in time is from 01:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM only. Those timings are NOT flexible, to allow us enough time to fully clean and sanitize the house between two guests. But you can drop your bags and freshen up in my office nearby if you arrive early. Guest access

This house is a private villa, this is not a compound in a big city, it means that sometimes some small insects can be there, we make regular pest control and we can provide repellent if needed, do not hesitate to ask me or my assistant.

Also some lizards can be there, please note that in the area it is considered as lucky animals and useful as they kill bad insects, local people don't like to kill them. Lizards are totally safe animals and very afraid of humans.
